We are hiring a part-time Salad Maker & Busser for our busy Mediterranean/Persian restaurant in Downtown White Plains.
Requirements:
– Several years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
– Sunday availability required
– Reliable, fast, and detail-oriented
– Able to follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties:
– Prep and assemble salads and cold items during service
– Maintain mise en place, portioning, and quality standards
– Restock, clean, and close the station
– Support bussing duties as needed
Compensation:
– Salad Maker: $16.50/hr
– Busser: $11/hr + tips
