The Venue:
One World Observatory ("OWO"), an immersive one hour Guest experience at the top of the World Trade Center. OWO will set a new standard in the Observatory experience for over 3.5 million visitors a year.

The Role:
One World Explorer Customer Service & Sales Representative will be a friendly, informative, persuasive sales representative, offering the rental of One World Explorer to guests as a way to enhance their Observatory Experience. Representatives will also distribute, retrieve and maintain the players, operate the kiosk and register and facilitate the return/security area.
Job Duties:
- Greet guests as they enter the One World Explorer area.
- Clearly and concisely explain the features and benefits of the product
- Provide a high level of customer service by engaging guests, answering questions, resolving issues
- Perform other duties as necessary or required by management.
Qualifications:
Customer Service, Sales or related experience, preferably in an attraction, entertainment or hospitality environment preferred
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to engage guests, work in a highly interactive area
- HIGH level of demonstrated professionalism and customer service.
- Ability to memorize sales and technical information.
- Multi-lingual or sign language capabilities a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic, outgoing personality, creative, and a proactive approach to work.
- Able to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends & holidays)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
