Kitchen Line Cook (Full time)
Duties and responsibilities
Keeping track of meal prep components to ensure timely completion of final dishes.
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, grill station or sautéed.
Plating prepared foods for dining room and delivery orders based on senior chef's guidance.
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
At least 3 years' experience working in upscale Manhattan restaurants must NYC Food Handler’s certificate is a plus
