Requirements:
NYS Physical Therapist License.
Valid Social Security Number (SSN) is required.
A team player attitude and commitment to quality.
Plus, but not required: Experience with insurance networks and/or having your own PT company in the past.
Bilingual ability (Spanish, Tagalog, etc.) is also a bonus!
DPT is a plus but not required as long as you are licensed.
