We are a busy Independent Auto Repair Shop located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, looking for a qualified Shop Helper to help with up-keeping our shop. Your main responsibility would be handling incoming and outgoing flow of vehicles. Other responsibilities include cleaning the shop, helping sort parts for upcoming jobs, assisting our mechanics with any ongoing jobs and moving vehicles from our parking lot to the shop. This is a perfect position for someone interested in getting into the auto repair industry. However, auto repair experience is not needed for the position.
Requirements:
Drivers License
Must be able to drive automatic & manual cars.
Able to work On the books
Schedule:
8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday to Friday
(1 hour lunch)
Starting Salary:
$17 - 20 an hour (Depending on Experience)
