I have filed a breach of contract lawsuit in NY Supreme Court against a former employer. I do not have an attorney thus far and have been representing myself "pro se." The damages I'm suing for is approximately $56K.
The company I'm suing has responded with a 'motion to dismiss', to which I have opposed. If I defeat this motion to dismiss (which I suspect I will), I will need an attorney to take over and represent me - taking this matter to it's conclusion.
I am seeking an attorney confident enough to take this case on a contingency basis (or at least partial). I think I have a very strong case and believe I have argued it well up to this point but need a good attorney to take this across the finish line.
