We are looking for a PART TIME (ONLY 3 - 4 hours PER DAY, 5 days a week; total around 15 - 20 hours per week)

Monday to Friday - Part Time Social Media Assistant for a Luxury Personal Shopping and Stylist (owner) based in NYC.

This person will need to come into NYC office.

This is NOT a position for shopping/styling.

It is a PART TIME SOCIAL MEDIA administrative assistant part time position.

THIS IS AN OFFICE PART TIME SOCIAL MEDIA administrative assistant role supporting the owner.

We are looking for someone to start around beginning of MARCH 2025, ideally 1st week of March 2025.

We are looking for someone to commit for minimum 12 - 18 months - if you are not able to do this, please do not apply as we would like someone to grow with us, eventually more hours next 6 months if he/she proves themselves during first few months with us.

Hours are 11AM to around 2/ 3 PM EST DAILY - 5 days a week.

MONDAY to FRIDAY

You are REQUIRED to work in the office.

This position is FREE LANCE and PART TIME.

USD 18 per hour

We will review after a successful 9- 12 months for potential increase if you do an amazing job!

No health benefits as this is a part time role; occasional meals is provided.

Candidate MUST be able to provide vaccination proof; able to come to office 5 times a week.

We are excited for someone to join us with a passion for luxury fashion, self starter and willing to roll up the sleeves and work. VERY savvy with tech, apps, social media and deep understanding of all luxury designer products across all brands.

Someone who is super organized, detailed oriented, humbled, open to feedback, HONEST, transparent, SUPER positive energy, VERY efficient, SUPER time management skills, RELIABLE and DO NOT complain, DO NOT gossip. We are looking for someone with SUPER work ethics and absolute accountability. Trust worthy and able to manage deadline and pressure while having fun working!

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

- Photography and videos with luxury pieces

- Creative content creation - with TIK TOK, INSTAGRAM, Instories - mainly these 3 apps

- Sharing of more new ideas and insights for content creations

- Creating viral social media posts/ stories DAILY for TIK TOK and INSTAGRAM with intentions of increasing followers, likes, shares of our business and exposure on Instagram explore pages for luxury shopping lovers. You MUST finish this within 3 - 4 hours DAILY

- Efficient and knowledge with AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools to create Viral content

- Clients communication as needed IF ONLY requested by owner

- Very good and efficient at Excel , Powerpoint and Word

- Google Drive

- PR and Press Communication Project

- Project management

- Other office administration as needed

- Office organization

- Working with owner and existing team members

- Communication with external parties as needed per owner
