GWG Wheels Manufacturing is looking for an experienced CNC operator to work on custom automotive wheels.

. Setup skill required
. Experience CNC machine is a MUST
. MUST be able to create G-Code
. Experience with a HAAS machine is a MUST
. Work from prints, sketches and verbal instructions
. Make standard shop calculations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds and speeds, to machine a variety of materials efficiently
. Make own setups using all shop support tooling such as vise, sine plates, rotary tables, etc.
. Machine all types of material, to included but not limited to aluminum, stainless and titanium.
. Keeps detailed notes recording all work they have completed
. Measures and records dimensions of machined product as required
. Performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisor
. Proficiency in reading drawings, technical instructions and through knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
. Assure programs and associated documentation and files are saved per provided procedures and instructions.
. 3 Years Experience
. Ability to lift 40 pounds
. Other duties may be assigned as required
