We’re looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator.
Requirements:
3 years of experience working with hot-rolled steel metal lengths and sheet (Required)
Proficient in welding techniques, preferable ARC/Stick Welding (Required)
Ability to read architectural and shop drawings, and specifications (Required)
Punctual, organized, and adheres to timeframes and scheduling (Required)
Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds (Required)
Available to work extended hours (Required)
Able to communicate in English (Required)
Able to communicate in Chinese (Not Required but a PLUS)
Drivers license (Not Required but a PLUS)
Responsibilities
Use of Manual and Power tools to fabricate.
Mark drilling, cutting, and welding lines.
Set up Metalwork machinery, including but not limited to Chop Saws and Drills Presses.
Grind, Finish, and Paint completed products.
Perform quality check on completed products.
Lift heavy materials and tools.
Follow all safety and cleaning regulations.
Maintain record of all work orders.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean work environemnt.
