Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with proven collections experience to handle follow-ups on outstanding invoices. This part-time, temporary role is ideal for someone seeking flexible hours and quick earnings over the holidays. You'll play a direct role in improving our cash flow by reaching out to clients via phone and email to secure payments.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to clients with open balances, explaining invoices and securing payment commitments.
Track collections progress, update records in QuickBooks Online, and escalate unresolved issues to management.
Review aging reports to prioritize high-value or overdue accounts.
Maintain professional, positive client interactions to preserve long-term relationships.
Requirements
2+ years of collections or A/R experience (phone-based collections preferred).
Strong communication skills (confident on calls, clear in emails).
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
Reliable, self-motivated, with attention to detail.
Available for in-office work in Mount Kisco (no remote option).
