LONG TERM TEMPORARY POSITION IN THE BRONX (WATERS PLACE).
35 HOUR WEEK 9AM TO 5PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY $18 an hour PAID WEEKLY THROUGH A NYC STAFFING FIRM. This is a Government Position.
Maintaining staff time and attendance.
· The purchasing coordinator for the teacher's educational materials and office supplies.
· Maintains records on students and families.
· Facilitates contact with outside schools.
. Provides other administrative and clerical duties as the arise throughout the day.
Required Skills: Expert in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Capable of multi-tasking and retaining high quality standards. Strong communication skills. Poised listening skills.
