TAX PREPARER ASSISTANT
Fluent in Spanish and English (85% clients only speak spanish)
Availability to take two weeks of training between Dec and January
Availability to work from January 20th to April 15th, Mon-Sat, 11:00am to 7:00pm
Duties:
-Making phone calls to customers for appointment
-Interviewing clients, gather and organize data for tax preparation
-Enter customer data to prepare income tax
-To print, and create pdf, and to send income tax copy to customers
- To keep clean the work area
- To assist the Tax preparer in all the necessary activities to do his job.
