We are seeking a reliable and experienced part-time building super to oversee three buildings in Astoria (19 total units, including one elevator). Duties include general upkeep, trash removal, minor repairs, coordinating contractors, tenant communication, and providing access for vendors/emergencies. Additional paid work available for apartment prep/painting and larger maintenance projects.
Housing is not included. Must live nearby
Requirements:
- Previous super/maintenance/handyman experience preferred
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and repair knowledge
- Reliable and communicative
