JW Mobile LLC is a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics and lifestyle products, proudly supplying leading national retailers such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, and Ross Stores. We’re looking for an experienced Director of Logistics to oversee and elevate our global supply chain operations.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise from our factories in Asia to our U.S. warehouses — and from there, to our retail partners. The Director will manage a team of 5-10 logistics staff, overseeing all aspects of shipping, warehousing, EDI processes, and retailer compliance. You’ll work directly with the company Director of Operations to execute the systems that keep our logistics network efficient, scalable, and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee international shipments from Asia, domestic distribution, and warehouse operations.
Manage and improve EDI processes to ensure accurate orders, invoicing, and retailer compliance.
Partner with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs to maintain on-time, cost-efficient delivery.
Implement SOPs, KPIs, and reporting tools to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure accurate inventory control and coordinate with accounting on invoicing and shipment accuracy.
Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
Support the company’s ERP migration to NetSuite, integrating logistics functions into the platform.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of logistics or supply chain management experience.
Strong understanding of EDI systems.
Proven success managing international and domestic logistics, warehousing, and retailer compliance.
Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite knowledge a strong plus.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
