We’re hiring a Creative Outreach Coordinator to help identify opportunities, support early creative conversations, and build relationships with agencies, production companies, editors, and post houses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Research agencies, production companies, editors, and creatives
Track projects, trends, and opportunities in the industry
Build and organize outreach lists and communication pipelines
Send thoughtful, personalized outreach (not mass emails)
Share reels and work samples with context
Support early-phase creative development and light coordination
WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED
Interest or experience in production, advertising, music, post-production, or media
Strong communication and organizational skills
Curiosity, cultural awareness, and proactive follow-through
Understanding of how agencies, directors, editors, and producers collaborate
A mindset of creative strategy, not sales
