Description We are providing an opportunity for an Accounting Assistant based in ONEONTA, New York, United States. This role is within the finance sector, offering a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including administrative duties and managing accounting functions.Responsibilities: Monitoring and managing credit card reconciliation software Undertaking various office tasks such as filing and pulling documents Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Maintaining precise customer credit records and taking necessary actions when required Utilizing accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools to perform tasks Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable Conducting regular bank reconciliations and auditing Utilizing financial services software like ADP and CaseWare for various tasks Managing accounting functions and using tools like Concur for efficient workflow.
