Finance ManagerPosition Overview:We are seeking a Finance Manager to take a pivotal role in leading our Finance Business Partnership practice during a period of significant growth and expansion. This position will involve collaboration across the entire Finance Team—including Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A—to deliver valuable insights and recommendations to the business and senior management as we navigate this growth phase. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial and budgeting functions such as month-end closing, forecasts, and annual budget processes. You will collaborate with management to support budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools. Additionally, you will provide financial insights to group leaders and stakeholders, identify opportunities to enhance processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to conduct analyses and make improvement recommendations. You will also be responsible for researching, analyzing, and reporting on budget or forecast versus actual variances for both revenue and expenses, driving key performance indicator (KPI) and other crucial operational reporting and analysis, as well as developing and maintaining budget and forecast templates.Required Skills:Hard Skills:

Strong financial knowledge, including forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and analysis.

Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Experience managing month-end closing processes.

Experience collaborating with corporate FP&A teams.

Ability to manage forecasts for personnel, including headcount and cost savings.

Soft Skills:

Proven ability to analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, variances, or areas for improvement.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data anomalies and present insights to executive management.

Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Competence in creating ad hoc templates, reports, and analyses for managers to assess their business units or key initiatives.

Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and executing on agreed enhancements.
