Job Description SummaryThe Chief of Staff will be a visible strategic partner heavily involved in all aspects of the business, driving, and impacting growth. This role will report to and partner with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and other senior leaders to lead effective execution of strategic commercial priorities, business planning, and project development and management. The Chief of Staff will develop and execute plans and establish standards to support the organization’s goals, objectives, and breakthrough initiatives and increase value in the way work is done.This individual will operate with high integrity and strive to apply sound deductive reasoning in all situations. They will be seen as approachable and collaborative by stakeholders and peers and will consistently focus on results, even under challenging circumstances. With a “One Team” mindset, the Chief of Staff should also be perceived as a true supporter by all GE Vernova Businesses and Enabling functions.Success in this role will require a strong understanding of business dynamics, as well as a forward-thinking approach. Analytical acumen, a solutions-oriented attitude, and strong self-motivation and influential skills are required.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Partner very closely with the CCO, the CCO Leadership Team, and the EA to manage projects, optimize scheduling, and prioritize workflow.

Partner with leadership on defining, structuring, and the communication of business strategy and KPIs.

Develop a strategy to lead transparent communication and coordination of initiatives across the organization, including but not limited to, operational reviews, report-outs, and escalations.

Partner with the CCO to identify and support the highest priority workstreams, creating consistency, supporting innovation, and driving efficiency in the way we execute and track progress across all workstreams.

Partner with cross-functional teams to perform analyses, trends, and internal design to help shape how to best organize and build value for our customers and teams.

Help to create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability by promoting behaviors that align with the company’s values.

What We’re Looking For:

A highly proficient contributor who can proactively identify problems, develop a clear action plan, and execute that plan to drive impact across an organization.

Ability to function as a team player and maintain good working relationships, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Project development and management experience required, including the ability to develop and drive standard work.

A partner who can grasp and add value to the leader’s vision, while anticipating and averting problems.

Commercial expertise and customer exposure would be favorable.

Experience driving business transformation; the ideal candidate has been through complex change and tough situations and maintains shrewd focus on progress while building strong relationships and proven capability of leading through influence.

Ability to work with under urgent or high-pressure circumstances and maintain a high-attention to detail.

Strong alignment with GE Vernova culture and values, including advocacy for creating diverse and inclusive environments.

Self-driven, highly motivated, creative, and resourceful with a high-level of versatility and interpersonal intellect.

The base pay range for this position is $220,000 – $290,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus & equity.
