Description Robert Half is seeking an dedicated and meticulous AP Clerk to join the team of our client in Rochester, NY. You will play a pivotal role in our finance department, in an environment that offers opportunities to grow and make a substantial impact within the company.Responsibilities:
Managing and resolving invoice processing.
Handling daily disbursement queries and maintaining AP records.
Reconciling supplier statements.
Preparing and processing checks, electronic transfers, and payments.
Assisting in month end closing and periodic financial audits.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong data entry skills and ability to manage deadlines.
