Environmental Health and Safety AdvisorJob DescriptionProactively engage our employees, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other business partners to ensure they possess the right tools and follow best practices. This role aims to create, promote, and foster a compliant Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture for all. Responsibilities include providing mentorship and coaching to EHS support teams, partnering with Operations to conduct Job Hazard Analysis/Risk Assessments, and creating and implementing training programs that educate and enhance EHS initiatives. The role also involves working closely with operational leadership, Design/Engineering, and other stakeholders to provide results and guidance for various EHS initiatives, making recommendations for cross-functional solutions, and influencing necessary changes to enhance environmental compliance and human safety.Hard Skills
