OverviewManages the strategic and tactical direction for the Market Team/Business Unit organization, by partnering with peers across the larger organization, including, but not limited to Product Management, Service, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Training teams to ensure that Market Team/Business Unit is positioned to achieve revenue goals, company financial goals, and objectives.Responsibilities
Assists with strategy planning by completing analysis through assessment of sales/service methodologies, internal/external data-driven insights, customer feedback/experience, competitive intelligence, and positioning.
Collaborates with Sales & Service to explore operational excellence tools to optimize business process performance and to build business cases for technology requirements.
Equips the organization with operational excellence and practices to improve and optimize business process performance.
Responsible for supporting Market Team/Business Unit strategy projects and initiatives.
Assists in the development of KPI's and provides direction on all key execution initiatives and strategies to measure progress to performance against defined success criteria and diagnose areas of opportunity
Assist in identifying, exploring, and defining opportunities to meet Market Team/Business and company goals working across organization to drive value.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Finance or IT - Preferred
Master's Degree in MBA or equivalent business experience - Preferred
7 years of experience in Sales, Product, or Service/Operations with experience leading cross-functional strategies.
4 years of experience in Management experience.
CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position $120,000 - $160,000 . Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
