Removal/return of cast iron bath tub

I have a cast iron claw-foot bathtub I need removing. This involves taking it down one flight of stairs then down a few porch steps to the curb. A week or so later, a new cast iron claw-foot bathtub will need to make the return journey. The way close to 400 lbs., I think.
