About the Role

We’re seeking a Tech Support & Quoting Specialist who’s both electrically savvy and self-motivated. This role blends hands-on technical knowledge with customer support and estimating skills. You’ll help customers and sales partners find the right LED lighting solutions, prepare accurate quotes, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service and quality.

What You’ll Do

Provide technical support to customers, sales reps, and internal teams on LED lighting systems and components

Develop and issue accurate quotes based on customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements

Interpret electrical drawings, product data, and installation requirements

Work with engineering and production to ensure feasible, cost-effective solutions

Maintain product knowledge, pricing databases, and CRM entries

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the quoting and support process

What You Bring

Strong understanding of electrical systems, lighting, or controls

A self-starter mindset — you take initiative and follow through without constant supervision

Solid attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfort working directly with customers and vendors

Experience with quoting, estimating, or technical sales support (preferred)

Proficiency with Excel and/or quoting software; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
