Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in TONAWANDA, New York. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle high volume inbound customer calls on a daily basis Accurately process customer orders and updates on order status Maintain precise records of customer credit applications Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Collaborate effectively with team members while also displaying a high level of independence Utilize Word and Excel to perform various tasks Exhibit an outgoing personality when dealing with customers Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service Maintain a professional demeanor in a high-paced environment Participate in in-depth training sessions to enhance customer service skills. Requirements Proficient in Customer Service including but not limited to handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services. Demonstrated ability in Order Entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. Proven experience in TeamWork, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to reach common goals. Experience in Answering Inbound Calls, ensuring a professional and helpful approach to all customer interactions. Proficient in Organizing Files to maintain an efficient and accessible filing system.
