Description We are seeking a Services Coordinator to join our team in WEST HENRIETTA, New York. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves tasks related to customer service, warehouse operations, and custom assembly fabrication. As a Services Coordinator, you'll be expected to manage relationships in the field and provide support to our sales representatives, thereby ensuring an additional touch to our customers.Responsibilities: Building relationships through on-site visits and maintaining a consistent delivery of customer inventory. Supporting field sales representatives to provide an additional touch to our customers. Managing other service functions inside the office, including customer service tasks. Handling warehouse operations, specifically shipping and receiving tasks. Performing custom assembly fabrication tasks as needed. Processing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as required. Maintaining accurate customer credit records. Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Performing audits and maintaining asset inventory. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Shipping & Receiving Proficiency in Asset Inventory management Proven track record in conducting audits Exceptional customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments Knowledge of industry best practices and trends Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
