NPD Category Manager

As NPD Category Manager you will lead the full product life cycle for either the categories Body & Beauty or Home & Gifts, managing your team and every stage of the development process, from concept creation to product launch. This is an exciting opportunity to bring innovative and market-leading products to life.Reporting to the Innovation team, this position requires experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, with a background in managing product development. Familiarity with the home care or cosmetics industry and a strong eye for branding and design are essential for success.YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIESOversee the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation to product launch, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and budget.Monitor the market and consumer trends to identify opportunities for new products.You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sourcing, Quality/Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless development process and with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., marketing, R&D, packaging design teams) to brainstorm and refine product concepts.You work directly with external suppliers to oversee design, formulation, fragrance, and packaging development.Apply technical knowledge in packaging design, fragrance development and product design to guide and inform the product development process.Serve as a key liaison between creative teams and technical teams to bridge innovation and feasibility.
