Description We are seeking a Marketing Assistant for a role that offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the non-profit sector in Arden, North Carolina. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who will be primarily assisting in the organization of events and coordinating with external business partners. You will also play a key role in the marketing team, creating promotional materials and managing accounts.Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and booking blood drive events Act as a liaison with blood drive coordinators at partnering businesses Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of 1st/2nd shift work and occasional weekends Manage and maintain customer accounts effectively Handle account management duties, including direct marketing campaigns and key account management Coordinate and handle events, ensuring smooth operations Conduct follow up interviews with candidates through virtual platforms Utilize skills in email marketing to communicate effectively with clients and partners Perform administrative tasks to support organizational objectives. Requirements Possess skills in Email Marketing to ensure effective communication with potential donors and volunteers Experience in Direct Marketing Campaigns to increase awareness and engagement with our non-profit organization Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and develop relationships with key partners Familiarity with Account Maintenance to ensure all account details are up-to-date and accurate Ability to handle Key Account Management to manage and grow relationships with our most important partners Scheduling skills to manage and coordinate various tasks and events Proficiency in Coordinating Events to ensure smooth execution of fundraising and awareness events Experience in Event Coordination to manage all aspects of event planning and execution Familiarity with Event Handling to respond to any issues or emergencies during events.
