Where: WestRock Facility - 200 Tabor Rd, East Flat Rock, NC 28726
We are interviewing for the following entry level and skilled positions:
Machine Operators
Job summary: To be a machine operator on our Gluers, Die Cutters or Sheeter machines. Learn to make mechanical adjustments and set up equipment according to the job ticket specifications. Learn to maintain and operate the machine(s) at the required production speeds while controlling quality, waste, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Feeder Catcher
Job summary: Load, inspect, count, seal and/or palletize packed finished goods in cases. Prepare cases for warehousing or shipping
What We Offer
Starting pay $18.00/hour
Shift differentials: $2.00/hour for 2nd shift. $3.00/hour for 3rd shift
Shifts available: 1st shift (6am 4pm), 2nd shift (3pm 11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm 7am)

What you need to succeed:
High School diploma or G.E.D
Manufacturing experience (preferred) however not required - full training provided
Must be willing to work any available shift
Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, life, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs per day
Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload
Ability to read a tape measure, have basic math and computer skills
Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations
