Job Title:Production Worker
Position Goal:This role primarily works in the clean room where spices are handled directly, requiring full protective suits, gloves, hairnets / beard nets - ensuring complete sanitation of your person and the work environment throughout your day. Part of each day will be spent working in Assembly - labeling tins, making collections boxes, assembling collections, etc. Additionally, we are looking for a person who can join our weekend team, responsible for producing the spice blends needed each week. Both Saturday and Sunday availability are regularly required. This factory position is a heartbeat to our operations, ensuring the absolutely best quality and consistency in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify spices and blends for packing
Pack tins and other form factors to appropriate fill
Follow a recipe to produce a blend
Label tins and products for retail and wholesale orders
Keep all areas clean and safe
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork
Must be able to transport 50 lbs.
