Dispatch for HVAC service. Job includes scheduling & routing appointments for technicians. Answer phone calls. Keep the technician's day going. Taking information from the technicians, ordering parts, maintaining records. Entering warranty information. Follow thru that warranty credit is issued. Accounts receivable. Mailing out renewals and invoicing for preventative maintenance customers. Filing. Canceling maintenance contracts that customers did not renew. Must be able to multi-task. Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
