We are searching for a motivated and highly qualified Electrical Supervisor to manage field operations for our upcoming projects. This leadership position requires a professional with extensive experience in the electrical trade, a strong command of safety protocols, and the ability to oversee project scheduling, quality control, and resource management.

Job Summary

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for providing expert guidance to our teams, ensuring all work complies with industry codes, and driving project completion efficiently and safely. The role involves interpreting blueprints and schematics, managing project timelines, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of journeyman electricians and apprentices.

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical projects to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

- Read and accurately interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

- Perform diagnostic tests on electrical systems and components to identify and troubleshoot issues.

- Ensure all work and installations strictly adhere to electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.

- Work proficiently with high-voltage electrical systems.

- Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance, repairs, and installations.

- Effectively communicate with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship program or trade school education.

- A valid, active Electrician license (Limited Classification or above) as required by local and state regulations.

- Proven experience as a licensed electrician, with experience working with high-voltage systems and prior supervisory experience.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics.

- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.

- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
