Mechanic’s Helper Wanted

I’m looking for an intelligent man to restore old Farmall Cub tractors. Hoping to find someone who has good work ethics, and that can perform quality work. Pay will be determined by quality of work, and knowledge of mechanics. Welding experience would be a plus. Non/smokers, only,. It’s a lot of fun to work on these, older, Farmalls, which are very simple and easy to work on.
