The ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise in seal coating, parking lot restriping, or asphalt/concrete repairs, ensuring safety, compliance, and long-term durability of property infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform seal coating services including surface preparation, application of protective coatings, and curing management.
- Execute parking lot restriping with precision, including ADA markings, crosswalks, stop bars, directional arrows, and stall layouts.
- Carry out parking lot repairs such as asphalt patching, crack filling, and surface restoration.
- Operate and maintain equipment (striping machines, rollers, sprayers, grinders) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with NCDOT and Federal specifications for materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with project managers to minimize tenant disruption and maintain traffic/pedestrian safety.
- Provide daily progress updates and participate in final inspections.
