Description

Develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy for the company’s SaaS offerings, aligning product initiatives with business goals and customer needs.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering collaboration across engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products.

Drive Agile practices within product development teams, managing backlogs, sprints, and iterative product releases while balancing feature development with technical debt management.

Serve as the primary liaison between product teams and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and alignment with business priorities.

Gather input and feedback from customers, sales, and other stakeholders to continuously improve products and ensure a customer-centric approach.

Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions, track key product metrics, and measure product success.

Use insights to optimize product performance, prioritize features, and enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a leadership role.

Proven experience in managing SaaS product lifecycles from conception through launch.

Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience working with development teams in an Agile environment.

Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing timelines and objectives.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making and familiarity with product analytics tools.

Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
