About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Separation Services Group in Human Resources as the business process owner, which is the primary interface with the product team that manages technology tools and enhancements.In this role, you will:
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of process and technology improvements across the service
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data analysis that requiring creative approaches to solve complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations (short, mid and long term).
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the overall service to facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Separation Services Group to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead key stakeholders through the transformation process (Strategy to Implementation)
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
Proven history in developing and delivering transformational process and technical change
Advanced Excel capabilities i.e. Power Query, VBA, etc.

Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity, minimum 3 days in the office, in one of the cities/locations listed.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
