Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is within the industry and the successful candidate will be based at our workplace. The main function of this job is to manage the front desk, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage front desk operations to ensure smooth workflow Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate parties as needed Assist in the admittance of visitors, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Ensure accurate routing of calls to facilitate effective communication Provide basic support to visitors and staff throughout the day Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed Ensure a clean and organized workspace to foster productivity. Requirements Possesses an understanding of Receptionist Duties, including handling phone calls, managing appointments, and greeting visitors. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times. Demonstrates proficiency in using computers and office equipment such as fax machines and printers. Possesses strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Experience in handling confidential information with discretion is essential. Should be dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and dedication to job duties. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Must be capable of problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures. Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures. High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
