2+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
2+ yrs Kanban experience.
4+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with one or more Agile tools for trackign user stories or backlogs, such as JIRA.
Ability to escalate issues and exercise independent judement and creative problem-solving techniques.
Excellent Interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution.
What You Will Be Doing
Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Scrum or Agile.
Review and analyze basic or tactical Scrum Master assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Provide information to client personnel.
