As a Senior Director of Channel Excellence here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the channel excellence function within our organization. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive channel growth strategies to maximize sales through our distribution and partner channels. You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with channel partners, developing channel segmentation and incentive programs, and driving demand generation activities.You will report directly to our Executive Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations and you will work out of our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.In this role, you will have a transformative impact on the company's channel excellence strategies and overall business success. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive channel growth plans, driving both Hon and channel partner revenue growth, and optimizing channel performance. Your expertise in customer segmentation, market analysis, and channel optimization will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities, expanding market reach, and increasing customer acquisition. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in aligning channel growth efforts with overall business objectives. By providing strategic direction and guidance, you will shape the future of Honeywell's channel initiatives and contribute to its position as a global technology leader.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee the channel excellence function, including managing a team of direct and matrix reports Develop and implement strategic channel enablement plans and strategies to drive growth and increase market share Collaborate with channel partners to understand the voice of the customer, demand drivers, and needs. Ensure compliance with Terms & Conditions, including data intelligence via the E2Open platform. Utilize data insights to drive and influence strategic plans with channel partners. Work with marketing to ensure effective demand generation campaigns are in place to drive sales through channel partners Conduct market research and analysis to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities Oversee incentive budgets and measure the effectiveness of incentive programs, adjusting the plan design based on findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel growth efforts with overall business objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel excellenceYOU MUST HAVE Proven experience of at least 8 years in working with channel partners Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive channel strategies Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies Experience in utilizing and establishing data-driven insights and digital-enabled tools for sales growth and effectiveness Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamicsWE VALUE Passion for driving channel growth and maximizing sales opportunities Proven track record of developing successful growth programs Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to think creatively and innovatively Experience in managing and mentoring a team Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)ABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
