Partner with business leader to enable topline growth and margin expansion through financial analysis and practical counsel

Act as a COO and financial adviser to the leadership team to align business decisions which enable performance to quarterly financial commitments

Drive the detailed development of the AOP and formal financial forecasts

Perform variance analysis interpreting the impact of results against monthly, quarterly and yearly plan/forecast

Present monthly financial results to regional leadership

Develop new and enhance existing processes used in financial modeling

Positively impact cash by identifying opportunities to managing inventory effectively

Perform ad-hoc analysis based upon changing business needs

Provide training aimed at improving financial acumen within the business

Hybrid schedule available with 3 days onsite & 2 days remote

MUST HAVE

5+ year experience in Finance or Accounting (FP&A, Commercial Finance, ISC, Business Analysis)

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner

Independent, self-starter, with a strong work ethic, high degree of motivation and the ability to contribute to a positive team attitude.

Strong bias for action; results oriented with an ability to meet tight deadlines.

Self-starter who is adept to prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously

Ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to changing work environment and requirements with a sense of urgency

Process-improvement driven individual who proactively questions current practices and can identify root cause and corrective actions

Teamwork oriented and able to effectively interact cross-functionally with all levels of the organization

Ability to consistently deliver on time and with highest levels of quality

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP and Hyperion Essbase
