We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and full scope apartment renovations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties:
Must be able to work on multiple interior and exterior construction/renovation projects.
Regular daily travel and the potential for overnight travel is required.
Regularly communicate with your supervisor and management regarding scheduling and progress.
Provide support to the maintenance team members, as needed.
Any other duties assigned to you by the project supervisor.
Perform general labor tasks within the project site, including loading and unloading materials.
Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and maintain workflow.
Utilize forklift equipment safely for material handling when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
A technical or vocational training program in construction or a related field
Basic construction knowledge and building codes
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and people-oriented
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
Proficiency in using construction tools and machinery
A strong willingness to adapt to new tasks and travel within 50 Miles
1-2 years in related fields
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a valid driver's license.
