Join us.DescriptionWhile working in Product Support at Caterpillar Inc., you will work in an environment that supports excellence. You will lead your team in effort to support continuous improvement. You will also perform Very Early Hour Reliability (VEHR) testing, as well as conduct quality audits on BHL and SWL machines. Specific tasks included in the position are the following: Conduct quality audits on machines coming from the UK, perform root cause analysis on quality issues, gather assembly defect data, perform necessary rework and repair when issues are found, follow Standard Work, utilize CPS principles of 5S, be accountable for Continuous Improvement Idea reporting, catalogue quality issues into a computer system, and identify defects and perform repair.Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive operations
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
