About Your Tasks:You are responsible for end-to-end recruitment and guide candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.You actively contribute to sourcing as well as to recruiting and initiate employer branding activities in strong alignment with the employer branding team, effectively targeting the right audiences.In collaboration with the employer branding team you will implement, monitor and analyze social media campaigns.You search and select suitable channels to reach our target group.You contribute to creation and publication of target group–specific posts, stories and reels videos in alignment with the pharma recruiting team and employer branding team.  (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).Please be aware that due to legal requirements, we can only consider applications from candidates who are citizens of the European Union (EU) member countries.
