Reports To: Operations Manager / Supervisor
Job Summary
Walk On Cleaning Service is seeking a skilled and reliable Floor Technician to perform a
variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including floor stripping and waxing, window
cleaning, and pressure washing. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, maintain
attention to detail, and deliver exceptional service to both commercial and residential
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform strip, scrub, wax, and buffing of all types of floors including VCT, tile, and
hardwood.
Operate floor care machines such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers safely and
effectively.
Conduct window cleaning (interior and exterior) using proper tools and techniques.
Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, building exteriors, parking lots, and other
surfaces.
Inspect work areas to ensure cleaning standards are met or exceeded.
Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any repairs needed.
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.
Assist with other cleaning or maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in floor care, window cleaning, or pressure washing preferred
(training provided if needed).
Ability to operate floor machines, pressure washers, and related equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or early mornings as needed.
Work Schedule
Part-time positions available.
Schedule may vary depending on client needs and job assignments. MUST HAVE A GOOD WORKING VEHICLE
