We are seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home Sitter/Support Personnel to join our team at an independent resident care home.
Role Overview:
This position focuses on providing supervision, monitoring, guidance with daily routines, and emotional support to individuals in our care. Support personnel are responsible for ensuring safety and fostering trusting, therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.
Requirements:
Education: GED or High School Diploma (required)
Experience: Not required; healthcare background not necessary
Training: Full training will be provided
Availability: Evenings 4pm-4pm weekdays and weekends (hours can be flexible and may vary)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety of residents
Provide emotional support and companionship
Assist with daily routines and activities
Build strong, positive relationships with residents and their families
