I have an established plaster restoration company in Greensboro, N.C. We get a lot of requests for exterior stucco repair but need skilled, reliable () tradesmen who thoroughly understand the materials and methods of exterior stucco repair and can be relied upon to show up and complete the work in a competent and workmanlike manner. Most issues are with poor prior waterproofing, so you must understand and be certified to do this work properly.
I am NOT hiring you as an employee,
I am only looking for subcontractors who have their own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, tools and an active gen. liability policy. You will go to the job, analyize the issues, send me a written proposal with a clear description of the scope of work to be done (with photos) and start/finish when you say you will (with reasonable adjustments for weather, illness, etc)
NOT interested in anyone who makes a promise or an agreement and doesn't keep it. It will be the first AND LAST time you will ever get a call. For the right person(s) however, I can put you on to 1-2 projects/month.
