Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Hickory, North Carolina. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry, handling essential accounting functions, using various software systems, and maintaining customer relationships.Responsibilities: Efficiently process credit applications from customers Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required Handle cash activities with accuracy and integrity Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools effectively Perform account reconciliations as part of the regular job function Carry out billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage collections, ensuring all receivables are accounted for Use CRM tools to maintain and improve customer relationships.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist. Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is expected. A thorough understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is required. The candidate should be well-versed in various Accounting Functions. Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is critical for this role. Experience in Billing Functions is a significant plus. The candidate should be comfortable with handling Cash Activity and Cash Handling. Expertise in Account Reconciliation is necessary for this role. Experience in Collections is a must for the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist.
