We offer extensive development and commercial scale capabilities for a variety of softgels technologies.How Will You Make an Impact?The In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) Technician II will be responsible for review of batch production records in real time to ensure compliance with cGMP standards, Work Instructions and SOP’s.A Day in the Life:

Logs and reviews Batch Production Records

Performs finished product quality assurance sampling/inspection and submits documentation to Batch Release for review.

Pulls retain samples for each lot produced. May pull and submit retain samples from finished product. May palletize retains for off-site warehouse.

Prints and verifies information on labels.

Initiates Trackwise events as required.

Issues, stores, and pulls logbooks as requested.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:

Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control or related field.

Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Preferred: SAP experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Excellent time management skills

Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues, leads, and supervisors.

Excellent verbal and written skills

Ability to interpret data, perform basic calculations and troubleshooting skills.

Meet DEA security clearance requirements if requested.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds.
