HR Systems Specialist (on-site)

We are looking for an HR Systems & Applications Specialist to join our HR team in Hoofddorp. In this role, you will ensure our HR systems run smoothly, data stays accurate, and digital tools support efficient HR operations across the EMEA region. You will maintain HR data, support new system rollouts, and drive automation initiatives that enhance the employee and HR experience.Maintain employee and organizational data across HR systems and ensure data accuracy and complianceManage and improve HR applications such as KPI systems, absence management, and other regional toolsLead or support the rollout of new HR modules, including reviewing specifications, testing, and implementationAutomate HR processes using Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) to increase efficiencyDevelop reports and dashboards (e.g., in Power BI) to provide insights that support HR and business decisions
