Communication & Change Management Leader

We are seeking a Communication & Change Management Leader to define and implement strategies that drive successful adoption of new digital solutions. This role ensures end-user engagement, smooth transition from legacy tools, and effective communication throughout the transformation journey.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute comprehensive communication plans for digital initiatives.Identify impacted personas and key stakeholders to tailor messaging and engagement.Define and implement training plans to support adoption.Coordinate the decommissioning of legacy tools and deployment of new solutions.Maintain Organizational Change Management (OCM) tools and reporting dashboards.
