At Lighthouse Automotive, we're looking for someone who lights up when the phone rings and genuinely enjoys making someone's day better. If you've got great customer service instincts, a warm phone voice, and the kind of communication skills that put people at ease—even when their car won't start—we want to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Being the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face customers see first
Supporting our lead Service Advisor with customer check-ins, answering questions, and keeping things running smoothly
Handling cashier duties and paperwork
Keeping our waiting area and restroom spotless (because first impressions matter)
Learning our business from the ground up—no auto experience required!

Someone who makes people feel heard and cared for
Clear communicator who can translate "my car is making a weird noise" into helpful next steps
Team player who jumps in where needed
Organized multitasker who stays calm when it gets busy
Someone who takes pride in their work, whether it's a phone call or cleaning the coffee station

This role is full-time (part-time considered for the right person), and while you don't need to know a spark plug from a dipstick, you do need to genuinely care about people.
